Paint Sample Terms & Conditions

1. Sample pots will be reimbursed upon the purchase of the corresponding full-sized paint tin from Rainbowchalk.com.
   
2. Only one sample pot is refundable per full-sized paint tin ordered. For example, if a customer purchases multiple sample pots of the same colour and later orders one full-sized tin of the same colour, only the cost of one sample pot will be reimbursed. However, if multiple sample colours are purchased, and the customer places an order for full-sized tins of those colours, all corresponding sample pots will be refunded.
   
3. To claim reimbursement for your sample pots, please contact us via phone at 01279 424491 or email us at info@rainbowchalk.com to speak with one of our customer care team members.
   
4. You must provide your sample pot and full-sized paint order numbers for us to locate your orders and validate the refund.
