Payment
We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details.

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products, provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.
All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges unless expressly stated otherwise.
All credit card transactions are taken in the UK and our transaction currency is in UK Pounds (£).
Orders placed by phone
Orders placed over the telephone undergo additional security checks once the order has been placed – this is to protect cardholders against credit card fraud. As a result, our cut-off times for next day delivery are one hour earlier than with a standard order placed securely over the internet.
Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
Ordering Errors
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on “submit” or “make payment” on the final page of our ordering process.
Delivery Times and Rates
Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the service you select and cannot be refunded. Your delivery charges will be clearly indicated at checkout. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors and all goods and products are subject to availability. Rainbow Chalk Markers shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. We recommend that you make arrangements for trade’s people to carry out work on your behalf only after your order has been delivered and checked for damage.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance of your Order
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge your order. Please note that this e-mail is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Rainbow Chalk Markers. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered.
Changing or cancelling orders
If your order has not yet been received then this will be possible FOC, however if you have received the order and you wish to change / cancel goods we will apply a charge based upon the direct cost to recover and/or redeliver goods. We request that changed / cancelled items are returned in their original packaging.
Returns policy
Delivery discrepancies:
Any discrepancies must be reported as soon as is reasonable after delivery, preferably within 24hrs. On arrival, if packaging appears damaged it is recommended that this is marked on the delivery note before you sign.
Missing items:
On delivery: Should an item be missed or appear not delivered then we request that you notify us as soon as possible, preferably within 24hrs of initial receipt of delivery.
Faulty goods:
Damages: must be reported as soon as is reasonable after the delivery, preferably within 24hrs of receipt of goods.
Unwanted goods / wrongly ordered:
In the unlikely event you should want to return an item to us we are pleased to offer all customers our 7 Day No Quibble Refund. With our 7 Day No Quibble Refund you have 7 working days in which to decide to keep your ordered items or return them to us for a refund. Rainbow Chalk Markers will deduct from any refund the cost of recovering goods from customers. This is typically 15% of the goods RRP value and is the direct cost to Rainbow Chalk Markers of recovering the item.
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNLESS (a) THE GOODS ARE PACKAGED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND ARE IN A SALEABLE CONDITION (b) THE GOODS ARE ACCOMPANIED BY A FULLY COMPLETED RETURNS FORM WHICH MUST BE PLACED IN AN ENVELOPE AND AFFIXED TO ONE OF THE BOXES.
